RALDT Engineering is Rafael’s independent practice since 02 October 2023.

Fifteen years prior, he was civil engineer in consulting firms in Victoria where he worked on 300 projects comprised of schools, commercial and industrial developments, dwellings with and without basements, council pavilions, aged care and childcare facilities, and lot subdivisions. These were mostly in Victoria with some in New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia. He was civil engineer for Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre, the world’s first retail development to achieve Living Building Challenge® Petal Certification**, and 2020 Winner: Australian Engineering Excellence Awards for Structural and Civil Engineering. All these proved invaluable to his transition to independent practice.

A year on, RALDT Engineering has now taken off the ground and is currently engaged in school, commercial, residential, and lot subdivision projects.
